We do not offer returns or exchanges for clothing items to ensure product quality and safety. Please review product details carefully before purchase. Exceptions are made for defective or damaged items and wrong product/Wrong size(Which is not the size you ordered) if reported within 3 days of receipt. Since the products will be double checked for quality before dispatch, an uninterrupted (without pause) opening video of the product must be shared with us through mail for initiating returns.

Slight colour difference is always possible due to photographic effects
And incase of return/exchange we don't have a return pickup facility hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address.

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for products which do not have free shipping. Refund amount will be credited within 10 business days. Ziarang will not be responsible for the damages caused during the shipment period.

Please note that the received product must be unused and unwashed.
